Cocktail Sausages
Another of my old stand by party foods that seem to get gone and quick, are my cocktail sausages. This is a great "finger" food that can be served with tooth picks or by the spoonful. These little sausages are sweet and spicy at the same time. This particular recipe is simple to make in the crockpot. It uses grape jelly, chili sauce, and crushed pineapple.
Cook Time
Ingredients
- 2 packages cocktail sausages
- 1 large jar grape jelly
- 2 bottles chili sauce, (found near ketchup usually)
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, (mostly drained)
Directions
- Pour the two packs of cocktail sausages into the crockpot.
- Cover the sausages with the pineapple.
- Add the jar of grape jelly.
- Add the 2 bottles of chili sauce.
- Cook on high for two hours then cook on low for another 3 to 4 hours.
