This recipe combines an already exquisite breakfast delight with elements that make it even more tasty. This recipe incorporates french toast with cream cheese for an amazing breakfast treat. It is baked instead of being fried like typical french toast.

- 8 slices white bread, crusts removed & cubed
- 2 8oz packs cream cheese, cubed
- 1 dozen medium eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
- Put half of the bread cubes in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Put the cream cheese cubes on top of the bread cubes.
- Add the second half of bread cubes.
- Beat eggs and milk.
- Add the maple syrup and cinnamon.
- Pour over the bread and cheese.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let set overnight (several hours at least) in refrigerator.
- Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes. Can be served with sausage, bacon, sugar cured ham, fresh fruit, and additional syrup. Delicious!
