These tasty little gelatin shooters are bursting with the classic taste of a pina colada on the rocks. They are cool and creamy and go down oh so smooth. They make a perfect addition to any party or evening around the bonfire with friends. These little treats are the perfect compliment to the Coconut Lime shots I also provided a recipe for. I suggest serving these little beauties in 2 oz plastic shot glasses with lids. These can be found at most party stores and some liquor stores. I also suggest using a turkey baster to fill the cups so as to lessen the mess.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Coconut rum, chilled
- 1/2 cup water, boiled
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 6 oz box pineapple gelatin
Pina Colada Shooters
- Heat 1/2 cup water to a boil.
- Add gelatin and stir until it dissolves.
- Add coconut milk and coconut rum and stir well.
- Use turkey baster to fill shot cups.
- Place in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes until set.
