Hamburger Pot Pie
I adore one dish meals. They make dinner so quick and easy, but they have to be tasty and enjoyable too. This recipe is all of the above. This is a pie that includes ground beef, onions, tomato soup, green beans, and corn. It is hearty and delicious. It can be a meal by itself or can be served with additional vegetables or a side salad.
Cook Time
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 15 oz can french style green beans, drained
- 1 15 oz can whole kernal corn, drained
- 1 26 oz can tomato soup
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 deep dish pie crusts, frozen (can make two pies with 4 regular crusts if you wish)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced jar kind
Directions
- Brown ground beef with diced onions and garlic. Drain.
- Add tomato soup, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, corn, and green beans and mix well.
- Pour ground beef mixture in one crust. Roll out the other crust and cover the top of the filled crust. Cut excess dough off. Seal the edges of the pie using a fork. Poke at least one vent hole on the top crust.
- Cook at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
