Easy and Cheap Casserole
This casserole uses common kitchen ingredients brought together in a tasty and simple way. It can serve as a one dish meal or can be served with additional vegetable side items. This casserole is great served with garlic bread. It is highly versatile and goes well with any number of vegetables.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 1 10 oz can cream of chicken mushroom soup
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 bag egg noodles, small or medium, cooked
Directions
- Brown ground beef and onion together. Drain off the excess grease.
- Boil the egg noodles until soft. Drain well.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (reserve 1 cup of cheese). Pour into a large casserole dish. Put remaining 1 cup of cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees. Enjoy!
