Frozen Passion Ice Cream
Passion Ice Cream
I am always looking for ice cream recipes to make at home that are delicious but out of the ordinary. This recipe incorporates milk, pineapple, and orange soda to create a very tasty ice cream that will not disappoint. It is a perfect way to cool down on these hot summer days. Note: Throw in a little toasted coconut and pecans if you want a truly tropical delight with a little more texture. This is a very easy recipe and it is simple to make.
Cook Time
Ingredients
- 2 14oz cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drainedd
- 2 liter bottle orange soda
- 3/4 cup toasted coconut, optional
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped, optional
Frozen Passion Ice Cream
- Mix the pineapple and milk together and pour into the ice cream container of the ice cream churn. (Add coconut & nuts here if you wish)
- Fill to the fill line with orange soda.
- Fill freezer with crushed ice (4 parts) and rock salt (ice cream salt - 1 part) until 2/3 full. Run ice cream churn until it no longer turns and all of the mixture is frozen. Delicious! Enjoy.
