Chicken and Noodles with Vegetables
This meal idea is simple, quick, delicious, and can be cooked with minimal dishes to wash. It is a one dish meal that includes canned chicken breasts, egg noodles, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup. It tastes great, is kid friendly, and inexpensive. Season it with a little salt and pepper and you have a filly and hearty meal with hardly any clean up.

- 8 oz small egg noodles
- 2 12 oz cans chicken breasts, drained and shredded
- 2 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 14 oz cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 16 oz can chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper, course ground
Directions
- In a large stock pot, boil the egg noodles according to directions. When noodles are soft, drain off the water.
- Place noodles back in the pot. Add the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, chicken, vegetables, and seasoning. Stir together well.
- Simmer the mixture for about 15 minutes. Serve with cornbread, rolls, or biscuits. Enjoy!
