This recipe is very similiar to cabbage rolls, only less work. They have the same key ingredients and taste awesome. This is easy to prepare and tastes delicious. This is a new take on an old fashioned recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage, chopped in large pieces
- 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 10 oz can tomato soup
- 1 10 oz can water
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp white sugar
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Bring large pot 3/4 full of water to a boil. Remove from heat. Add chopped cabbage to the boiling water and and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Drain cabbage and place it in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- Brown ground beef and onion. Then stir in the rice.
- Pour the meat mixture over the cabbage.
- Mix soup with salt and pepper, vinegar, and sugar. Stir in the water. Pour over the meat mixture.
- Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for about an hour at 350 degrees.
